Injury Solutions, Inc. (ISI) guarantees that member will receive a minimum number of open files over a period of one year. The determination of an open file is defined as any call or consumer that ISI connects to member’s law firm resulting in an open file for member. In addition, in the event said consumer retains any other law firm related to the same matter, this shall also be considered a valid open file for the purpose of this guarantee. In the event member does not receive the above number of open files, ISI will extend the listing at no charge until the amount has been reached.
